All prices listed on the Elite Klub Bangladesh website are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price as shown on the product detail page. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee the price at that time; prices may increase or decrease between placing the order and completing the purchase.

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের দাম বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। শপিং কার্টে পণ্যের সর্বশেষ মূল্য প্রদর্শিত হয়। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। শপিং কার্টে সংযুক্ত একটি পণ্য সেই সময়ের দেখানো মূল্য সংরক্ষণ করে না। অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় এবং পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়ের মধ্যে দামের পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
We are dedicated to providing accurate pricing information to all our valued customers. However, if an item is found to display incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, we may either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.
Elite Klub Bangladesh also reserves the right to refuse or cancel confirmed orders with processed prepayments under similar circumstances. In such situations, our refund policy will be applicable.
Please note that Elite Klub Bangladesh retains full authority over refund amounts. Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid by the customer after deducting applicable discounts and shipping fees.

এছাড়া, প্রিপেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়া সত্ত্বেও এলিট ক্লাব বাংলাদেশ যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। এই ধরনের ঘটনার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে।
অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে, রিফান্ডের পরিমাণের উপর এলিট ক্লাব বাংলাদেশ পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। গ্রাহক কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অর্থ থেকে ডিসকাউন্ট এবং শিপিং ফি এর মতো প্রযোজ্য খরচ বাদ দিয়ে রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
Delivery Timing Policy:
Please be aware that the dispatch times provided are approximate estimates only and not guaranteed. Relying on these times is not advised, as the actual delivery of products may take longer than the estimated dispatch timeframe.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to political unrest, political events, national or public holidays, and other unexpected disruptions.

অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতি যেমন রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা, জাতীয় বা সরকারি ছুটির দিন এবং অন্যান্য অপ্রত্যাশিত বাধার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।

Delivery Charges:
- Within Dhaka & Chittagong City:Delivery is free.
- Outside Dhaka & Chittagong City:Delivery charges are BDT 150/-.
- International Deliveries:Charges will depend on the parcel service provider.

Order Processing:
If any product becomes unavailable during the order processing period, we will notify you via email or SMS. Please note that certain circumstances may prevent the order from being processed. Elite Klub Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Additionally, you may be required to provide further information or verification before we accept the order.

Verification and Validation
To prevent fraudulent activities involving credit or debit cards, Elite Klub Bangladesh reserves the right to validate your payment details before processing your order and to verify the information you provide. This verification may include confirming your identity, place of residence, or banking information. Failure to respond to our inquiry within a reasonable timeframe may result in the cancellation of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order directly if fraudulent activity or other issues are suspected, without prior notice or subsequent legal liability.

Cancellation
Elite Klub Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion before the dispatch of the product for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, situations such as the product being defective, expired, malfunctioning, mispriced, out of stock, or containing incorrect information due to technical errors.

Promotional Voucher
- Each promotional voucher can only be used once by a customer. Multiple uses by changing identity is illegal.
• Promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full, and are valid for single use only.
• Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with any other special promotions.
• Vouchers are applicable only if the minimum purchase amount and other specified conditions are met.
• Elite Klub Bangladesh reserves the right to modify or discontinue the use of any voucher at any time without notice.
• Elite Klub Bangladesh is not liable for any financial loss arising from the cancellation or withdrawal of vouchers, or for any inability of a customer to use a voucher for any reason.
• Expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

- প্রতিটিপ্রমোশনালভাউচার একজন গ্রাহকের জন্য শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহারের জন্য বৈধ। পরিচয় পরিবর্তন করে একাধিক ব্যবহার অবৈধ।
• প্রমোশনাল ভাউচারসমূহ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এবং আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণরূপে নগদ অর্থের বিনিময়ে লেনদেনযোগ্য নয় এবং শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহারের জন্য বৈধ।
• প্রমোশনাল ভাউচার কোনো বিশেষ প্রচারের সাথে একত্রে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে না।
• ভাউচারগুলি শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য হবে যদি ন্যূনতম ক্রয় পরিমাণ এবং অন্যান্য শর্ত পূর্ণ হয়।
• এলিট ক্লাব বাংলাদেশ যেকোনো সময়, কোনোরূপ নোটিশ ছাড়াই, কোনো ভাউচারের কার্যক্রম পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
• ভাউচার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাহার হতে কোনো আর্থিক ক্ষতি হলে, অথবা কোনো কারণে কোনো গ্রাহক ভাউচার ব্যবহার করতে না পারলে, এলিট ক্লাব বাংলাদেশ দায়ী নয়।
• মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ ভাউচার প্রতিস্থাপন করা যাবে না।
Refund Voucher
- Refund vouchers can be redeemed on our website for full or partial payment of products within the specified time frame.
• Refund vouchers are not applicable across different accounts.
• Expired vouchers will not be replaced.
• The refund voucher code can only be applied once. Any remaining balance after using the voucher will not be refunded and cannot be used for future purchases, even if the order value is less than the remaining voucher value.

• রিফান্ড ভাউচার কোড শুধুমাত্র একবার ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে। একবার ব্যবহারের পর রিফান্ড ভাউচারের অবশিষ্ট পরিমাণ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এবং ভবিষ্যতে কোনো ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, এমনকি যদি অর্ডারের মূল্য অবশিষ্ট ভাউচারের মূল্য অপেক্ষা কম হয়।
Taxes
You are responsible for any fees, costs, or charges related to payments made through the website. Additionally, you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per the prevailing law.
