Return Policy:
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, you are requested to contact Elite Klub Bangladesh customer service and submit a return request. Return requests must be made within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of delivery.
- Our return policy does not cover changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the smell, texture, color, design, or product.
- The return policy is not valid if the product seal is broken or if the product does not meet your expectations.

- আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি গ্রাহকের ইচ্ছা পরিবর্তন, পণ্যের গঠন/মাপ, রঙ, নকশা বা পণ্য পছন্দ না হওয়া অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে না।
- পণ্যের সীল ভাঙ্গলে অথবা পণ্যটি আপনার জন্য উপযুক্ত না হলে রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
Valid Reasons for Return
- The delivered product is damaged (e.g., container is physically damaged or broken).
- The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items/accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, or color).
- The delivered product does not match the product description or picture.

১. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ছিল (যেমন কন্টেইনার ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ছিল)।
২. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি অসম্পূর্ণ ছিল (যেমন কোনো আইটেম বা আনুষঙ্গিক অনুপস্থিত)।
৩. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি ভুল ছিল (যেমন ভুল রঙ, আকার, বা পরিমাণ)।
৪. ডেলিভার করা পণ্যটি পণ্যের বর্ণনা বা ছবির সাথে মেলে না।
Return Policy Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed and free from defects.
- The product must include all original tags, invoices, and accessories.
- If the delivered product does not match the description or picture.

রিটার্ন পলিসির শর্ত
১. পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত, অধৌত এবং ত্রুটিমুক্ত হতে হবে।

দ্রষ্টব্য: আপনার রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়ায় অসুবিধা বা বিলম্ব এড়াতে, আপনার রিটার্ন প্যাকেজে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর নির্দেশিত করতে হবে।
Refund Timeline
If an order is canceled, the payment for that particular order will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. However, in exceptional cases, it may take longer. If a cashback amount has been received, it will be adjusted with the refund amount.
রিফান্ড টাইমলাইন

Refund Voucher
- Refund vouchers can be redeemed on our website for full or partial payment of products within the specified time frame.
• Refund vouchers are not applicable across different accounts.
• Expired vouchers will not be replaced.
• The refund voucher code can only be applied once. Any remaining balance after using the voucher will not be refunded and cannot be used for future purchases, even if the order value is less than the remaining voucher value.
